KVKK Application & Data Subject Rights

Application under KVKK

To exercise your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may apply to Rüya Preschool as the data controller. The application must include information sufficient to verify the applicant’s identity and clearly state the request.

Requests That May Be Included

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• Learn the third parties to whom data has been transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met.
• Object to an adverse result arising from analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems.
• Seek compensation where damage results from unlawful processing.

Application Channel

To allow the application to be concluded in accordance with the law, applicants should provide complete identity/contact details, the subject of the request and any supporting documents. The current application form and procedure in the school’s official KVKK documentation apply.
